I am disappointed that the convenient collection from home service has been discontinued. I have used this service frequently in the past as the dealership is ten miles from my home and is not easily accessible by public transport.

I have paid for the service plan but didn't appreciate having to now bring my car to the garage whereas when I took the plan out there was a vehicle collection service.Also my service took over half a day & I had to wait or pay £30 for a courtesy car

I left my car for the recent airbag recall. Following the necessary procedure was done and I went to pick up my car, I noticed that I could no longer lock my passenger side door. When confronting about it, I was told to pay for inspection.
